1. Booking & Reservation

• All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment.

• Guests must provide accurate personal details including name, email, and contact number.

• Minimum age for booking is 18 years.

2. Payment Terms

• A deposit is required to secure your reservation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number stated in the reservation.

• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

• Pets are allowed only when approved in advance.

6. Damage & Security Deposit

• A security deposit may be required upon check-in for damages or property loss.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Unavoidable wear and tear are excluded, but deliberate or negligent damages will be charged.

7. Events, Parties, & Weddings

• Events, parties, or weddings require prior written approval.

• Additional fees may apply for event hosting, staffing, security, or cleaning.

• Noise restrictions and local event regulations must be strictly observed.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any injuries, losses, accidents, delays, or damages arising from your stay or use of the property, unless due to our direct negligence.

• We are not responsible for loss of personal items, travel delays, weather disruptions, or force majeure events.

By using our website or booking our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Any disputes arising under these Terms in connection with services, bookings, or vacation packages offered in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico — including all-inclusive Puerto Vallarta resorts, Puerto Vallarta vacation packages, hotels in Puerto Vallarta, and Puerto Vallarta real estate services — will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico.
